Disneyland's Secret Restroom

There are two vending devices in the Secret Restroom. This first device dispenses two items. One is a handy diaper-changing kit, consisting of a diaper, wet wipe, table liner, and clothespin (for the parent's nose). The second is some sort of "female supply" which we, as an all-male group of Disney fans, have not worked up the nerve to investigate further.

The second vending device, mounted to the wall deeper within the Secret Restroom, seems rather mysterious in its unlabeled state. We only have this one, old, grainy photo of it, and even Wikipedia seems to have no additional information.
