Disneyland's Secret Restroom

The Secret Restroom's asymmetrically hand-tiled floor provides the perfect combination of comfort, aesthetics, drainage, and traction. Each tile was carefully crafted so that its proportions are either identical to or a multiple of those of the Restroom's wall tiles for enhanced artistic integrity. (A leaf has been placed on the floor in this photo to give the reader a sense of scale.)

The floor tile's pattern is reminiscent of both stonework and of natural granite, which is fitting considering the Secret Restroom's location on the border of Fantasyland and Frontierland.

The Secret Restroom's floor drain (one of only two grated drains in the room) has a drainage capacity high enough to handle even the hijinks of a rascal who smuggled a huge firecracker into the park and detonated it in the toilet, causing a massive overflow.
